Quiet location in a walking distance from metro. Clean room equipped with electric heater. Clean shared bathroom with dedicated heater and good hot water supply. Kitchen equipped well enough to cook breakfast and dinner. Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
The kitchenware as well as furniture and towels were quite ancient. But sill functioning however.

The room and wc were clean and well cared for.
The checkin was not clearly explained beforehand, and I ended up irritating or confusing the workers in the cakery (Truz truz) below the accomodations.
