Outdoor living at its best in this updated WATERFRONT first floor condo in Whitney Beach Bay Side. Mesmerizing views of Bishop's Bayou immediately greet you as you enter this attractive unit. The backyard pavered patio offers a dining table and chairs to enjoy outdoor dining as Manatees & Dolphins swim by. In addition, the large pavered 200sf entry courtyard provides another private outdoor area to use for dining, lounging & sunning. Inside this meticulous, spacious one bedroom condo is attractively furnished & decorated in neutral colors with diagonal tiled flooring throughout. New bedroom sliders plus new wall to wall, large 6 ft high, 16 ft across living room sliders were installed recently. New boat slips, decking & boathouse were constructed. Whitney Beach is a Beach to Bay complex with serene Bishop's Bayou leading to Sarasota Bay for boating, fishing, kayaking & paddle boarding. On the beach side, there is the WB Conservancy, land owned by the association for use by owners, guests & tenants. Two tennis courts, a BBQ picnic area, Tiki huts & private deeded beach access. Chaise lounges are provided for use on the most beautiful beach on Longboat Key.

We totally enjoyed the condo. It was just what we wanted. A great private view of the
Water and every morning we sat on the patio and had breakfast and enjoyed watching the kayakers go by . We even saw dolphin right in front of us. The accomodations were great.
Clean and comfortable.
Just what we were hoping for.
