About this house rental

Private Beach Cottage with apartment on second floor. Top floor apartment has two bedrooms, one recently remodeled bath, Living Room and Eat-in kitchen, Master has queen bed and 2nd bedrooms have 2 twin beds. Living room has sleeper sofa. Apartment is fully furnished including washer and dryer, linens, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. This apartment features 3 tvs, free wifi. Short walk to the beach. Private parking and large lot. Rental fee is for top floor apartment.

This is our favorite place to stay on Longboat Key! Walking distance from the beach and everything is clean and well kept. The owners are great to work with and everything you need is there. Just come and enjoy!

Our stay was wonderful. The place is very nice with all the comforts of home. The owners are very accommodating and helpful with whatever you need. We highly recommend it, within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Loved our stay and are coming back.
