Beautiful condo with character and amazing views. Excellent location- away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet still only a couple blocks from the Malecón. And Rangel, the property ranger, was terrific - friendly, professional, responsive to questions or minor issues. No balcony, but we didn’t miss that as the windows in the living room and dining room open all the way up. Great spot to watch sunsets, whales and fireworks! There is air conditioning but we only used the unit in the bedroom at night, as there were lovely ocean breezes through the condo. Well-equipped, with comfortable furniture. Nice pool area. We’ll come back.

The location was awesome, perfect for folks that want to explore and experience all of the variety Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Beach front with a small pools. Sea Breezes blowing into the condo each morning with morning coffee...cant wait to return.

The house was adequate, and location was great but the birds that nest on the windows made for a messy vacay. Could not use the pool, we were too scared of the bird's mess and feathers, didn't want to catch a bird virus. We also had 1 dead bird on the terrace for a couple of days. The host did not respond immediately but did respond and was very nice. It was a holiday/festival so I can't blame him. The AC was amazing, kitchen was fully equipped, coffee maker was broken but we received a new one on the same day after lunch. We were able to easily walk to the Malecon and Zona Romántica. Water was cold in the afternoon, so no late showers but the beds and couch were very comfortable. The area was vibrant and busy. Spot was great for couples but not the best for kids.
