Seven Springs Hotel

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the swimming pools were beautiful and well maintained, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was okay, with a decent variety. If the hotel ever considers offering adults-only periods or creating quieter dining areas in the future, it would make the experience even more enjoyable for guests looking for a peaceful holiday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff.

The only downside was the noise from children. There was a trampoline right next to the restaurant seating area, so during dinner many children were shouting and jumping, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing meal. Also the swimming pool was near our room and there was noise from children and we couldn’t rest in the afternoon.

Beautiful place made with care and every detail was thought off. The staff were great, always smiling and helpful. We really recommend and will come back again!

The hot pools with mineral water were great, as well as the rest of the SPA facilities. They were also serviced well and regularly. The staff were nice, caring and helpful. The food was amazing and we really enjoyed our stay.

The restaurant is small so we had to reserve a table in advance to make sure we’ll make it, however the staff were very attentive and made sure to remind us. Amazing experience, overall!

Comfortable and very clean room and bathroom. The internet was intermittent at times, but it was at a good speed. Friendly staff. We chose the hotel because of the outdoor mineral pools and we were satisfied with them.

Unfortunately, the hotel's quiet policy is not enforced. The neighbors above us had children and were jumping around and making noise until 12:30 at night. If we didn't have to get up early in the morning, it might not have been a problem. We did not get to try the breakfast, which was included in the price. We were promised that they would prepare a dry package for us in the morning, since we wanted to leave at 7:30 (breakfast starts at 8:00), but they did not keep their promise and we were left without breakfast. If they had not promised us, we would have planned a time for breakfast somewhere else. I will not visit this hotel again if I come to ski in Bansko. Breakfast that starts at 8 is not convenient, since the lift starts at 8:00.
