This high-quality vacation rental for 2 people, newly built in August 2020, features a living-dining area, a new, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
The apartment measures 56 m². It is located on the first floor of a semi-detached house. A parking space is available in front of the house.
The open and high-quality living room, complete with a kitchen and dining table, invites you to enjoy a cozy stay.
The underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom, as well as the hot water, are powered by solar energy. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth on cool evenings.
Through the separate bedroom with a walk-in closet, you’ll enter the spacious bathroom.
An additional sleeping space can be created for one more person by adding a mattress.
Two large double doors create a bright atmosphere. You have access to your ground-level terrace with seating area from both the living room and the bedroom. Through the adjacent garden, you can reach the seating and lounging area by the stream, which invites you to relax and recharge.
I used eco-friendly building materials when constructing the house; the clay plaster ensures a healthy indoor climate.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt in dieser tollen Wohnung, alles ist sehr individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung hochwertig.
Ein besonderes Highlight war die Terrasse mit dem Garten und dem Ausblick. Und ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Ute für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Gemütliche, schöne und saubere Wohnung mit Terrasse, mit angeschlossenem schönen Garten an der „Neumagen“. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine moderne sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein schönes geräumiges Bad mit Dusche. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nochmals lieben Dank an unsere nette Gastgeberin, für die wertvollen Tipps fürs Radfahren und Wandern. Das Buchen der Wohnung war sehr unkompliziert, eine Schlüsselübergabe bei später Anreise ist kein Problem. Einkaufen: Im Ort gibt es einen Rewe-Markt, eine Bäckerei und einen Metzger.
