Location was a 20 minute drive to Lutheran Hospital. Hotel has Onsite parking. Didn’t have to worry about parking garage parking and the added cost. The hotel and the room were very clean and modern. Furniture and bedding was comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Was so happy with the stay compared to other hotels in Cleveland I rebooked here again when had to come back for another medical procedure.
No complaints.

I loved how clean it was in all areas of the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast food is very good as well. A lot of positives.
There is a railroad train that runs along the property which is very loud. It makes it difficult to sleep which is mainly why we were there for our stay.

We were in town for an ice hockey tournament. This hotel is in a perfect location - 5 minutes to the Barons Bus Arena. It is also centrally located; adjacent to a main highway and in a plaza with multiple dining options in walking distance, including Cracker Barrel and El Palenque Mexican Restaurant, which I HIGHLY recommend (Tasty food, Large menu, and Amazing Margaritas). We did not eat the free breakfast at the hotel but I did catch a glimpse of a variety of hot and cold breakfast options with plenty of seating for all. The coffee was good and I took that to go. The front desk staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Pam, the front desk manager, was especially friendly and accommodating. Did you forget something? No problem. Do you need assistance with something? No problem. I wish all hotels had staff so welcoming. There's plenty of parking and even though the hotel is next to the train tracks, the train did not bother us at all. Both the suite area and the bathroom are large, with plenty of space throughout for your stuff. They have the large, refillable containers of shampoo, shower gel and conditioner available for use. The bed and the pull out sofa bed were both very comfortable and we appreciated having two large flat screen TVs, one in each section of the suite, so that you could watch two different shows (or not). That's a plus when you're traveling with kids/family. Although it was extremely cold outside when we were visiting, the suite maintained a very comfortable temperature, with a reliable thermostat that we could easily adjust and no draft coming through the large window.
I personally prefer larger lobby areas where you can lounge or wait for others. And chairs that are not directly in front of the sliding door entrance, especially in cold weather.
