this place was phenomenal for my work trip to Santa Cruz. The location was great, I didn't have any trouble finding parking on the street (in November) and it was an incredibly comfortable place to be based. the kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, etc... and even had a dishwasher! It also had a very large sink, which was lovely.
It would have been great if the kitchen had Tupperware and/or tin foil etc... or something to help save leftovers more easily. But it wasn't a big inconvenience not to have this.

The location was excellent, with plenty of parking always available on the street. The property was well-equipped, featuring a kitchen, and the complimentary coffee and sweets upon arrival were a nice touch.
The house had a charming bungalow style but felt a bit worn, with fairly used furniture. While the heating worked well in the bedroom and bathroom, the middle room with the sofa was very cold. Using the hairdryer caused a power outage as the network couldn’t handle the load, but the staff was helpful and promptly provided a solution, guiding us on how to fix it.
