Great location, great amenities.
Construction taking place without notification. 3 days in a row construction crews knocked on the door without warning to access the unit. Constant loud construction noises coming from nearby units.
Dining table extension, as well as underside of couch covered in sand. Left arm chair of couch broken, as well as the piece holding the couch together.
Small ottoman in corner of room was dry rotted and peeling to a point that we didn’t use it.
Bottom rack of dishwasher too small and consistently falling off of rack.
Upper cabinet door installed backwards and upside down.
