The whole property has a lovely peaceful feel to it, considered decorating with beautiful accessories makes it relaxing and enjoyable. Valerie and Fredirec and wonderful hosts, so helpful and considerate. Cannot overstate how much we enjoyed our stay

I liked the pool, it was Amazing. The room was beautiful and comfy.

The parking was too small ans not very pratical.

This lovely home/resort enveloped me in hospitality and became a short term home for a lovely life of five days. Every moment was a delight. The breakfast can't be matched! Valerie and Frederick kindly solved problems and pointed me in the direction of three neighboring restaurants that were magnificent.. The town is fabulous, a short wasl away. The pool is heavenly. Great bedding in the room. I would happily go back.

Valerie is a great host and everything about our 3 days stay was perfect.

We loved our stay at Villa Mathis. Every detail was considered in the downstairs suite, which had a comfortable bed with luxury bed linens, fine toiletries from Grasse, tasteful decor, air conditioning and fast Wi-Fi. There was a convenient fridge, microwave, coffee machine and water kettle for simple meals in our private terrace. The daily breakfasts were also a highlight: local pastries (including our favorite choquettes and chaussons aux pommes!), eggs, cheese, cured meats, and delicious fresh-squeezed orange juice; we also enjoyed the first cherries of the season. There was secure parking within the gated area for our car, and we shopped at the local grocery store just a few minutes away for fresh produce, cheese and wine. We also loved dining at Le Cabanon de l'Ecailler, where we had some of the best seafood! Our hosts made every attempt to make our stay relaxing and like a true getaway. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Everything was perfect. Fantastic & caring hosts, private parking,very nice room with tasteful selected furniture, great terrace, fantastic breakfast….we loved it!

Valérie und Fréderic sind wundervolle und herzliche Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich aufgenommen wie in einer kleinen Familie. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Selbst ein Termin beim Osteopathen wurde spontan organisiert. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem perfekt, um alle schönen Orte der Côte d‘Azur schnell zu erreichen. Der Ort mit netten Restaurants ist fussläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war klein aber liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Garten mit Pool ist ebenso einladend und sehr gepflegt. Wir können die Villa Mathis uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Vi blev modtaget meget venligt og imødekommende. Værten fortalte om seværdigheder og restauranter i nærheden. Meget hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var rigelig, varieret og velsmagende.

Stillvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, gemütlich, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Toll angelegter Pool mit Jacuzzi. Für uns war es ein traumhafter Urlaub bei dem nichts gefehlt hat. Lage ist natürlich etwas außerhalb aber das sieht man ja, dadurch ist es aber sehr Ruhig. Für uns war die Lage Optimal. Danke an Valérie & Frederic!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un cadre idyllique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants et pleins de petites attentions. Nous recommandons.

Sehr sauberes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr schöner und gepflegter Garten mit Pool in ruhiger Lage, exzellentes Frühstück auf der Terrasse, sehr herzliche und vorsorgliche Gastgeber, Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden.

Es gibt nichts, was zu beanstanden wäre.

Parfait en tous points ! 😊 Un vrai coup de cœur pour nos hôtes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse de leur accueil, toutes leurs attentions et la richesse de nos échanges. Le lieu est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et l’ambiance est apaisante. La chambre est confortable et très bien équipée. Coup de cœur pour la décoration et les jolis détails. L’espace piscine est zen et très joliment décoré. Ambiance balinaise très réussie ! Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Produits de qualité et délicieuse omelette maison. La Villa Mathis est idéalement située. Proche de la vieille ville et de ses restaurants. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons plus longtemps avec grand plaisir. Merci !
