About this house rental
This cozy 3 bedroom vintage home is located right on the canal in Newport Island and is perfect for a fun-filled family vacation! The look and feel of the house is quintessential to Newport Beach and its patio makes and ideal spot for sunset BBQ's or simply relaxing the sunloungers or patio furniture watching the world go-by. With the beach only a 3 minute walk away and a private dock to go paddleoarding, you won't run out of activities too do in this fun and lively area!
Newport Island is primarily a residential area and is considered a secret gem in Newport Beach.
The kitchen is spacious with an oven, stove stop and microwave. There is a dining table for six guests.
The living room has a large comfortable couch and two oversized soft chairs. You will feel like you are in your own movie theatre with the 80 inch TV in the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms - the master has a king with a canal view and the other two rooms have one queen bed each.
There are 2 bathrooms - one with a shower/tub and the other with a full sized shower.
There is Spectrum Internet and Apple TV in two rooms. Please use your own Apple ID to login.
There is a stackable washer and dryer in the kitchen area.
There are fans in each bedroom but there is no air-conditioning. There is a central heating system.
There are 2 parking spots in the driveway!
We have 4 beach chairs & an umbrella you may borrow.
There is a Duffy on our dock but it is not part of the rental nor do we own it.
There is a back studio and garage but those are occupied and not part of the rental.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and the owner. Audrey was a dream to work with. We had to change our dates twice, and she was able to make it work. You can tell a lot of thought went into making it comfortable for those who stayed there. We usually like to rent closer to the beach, but found paddle boarding and kayaking around the island was great fun too, and the beach was an easy 5 minute walk away. Would definitely rent it again.

We had a great week at this property! Morning coffee on the patio is delightful after sleeping in comfy beds! The beach is a short walk away. There were 5 adults and we found the space to be perfect for us. The hosts are accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would happily rent again!

You name it, this property has it! Had an amazing staycation with family from out of town and all of us thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. There’s love that’s gone into prepping this house for the most ideal experience! Defjnitely coming back :-)
