The Caribbean Reef complex is unique due it is uncrowded beach! Your view and access are completely unobstructed!
Enjoy the new and modern infinite edge swimming pool and Jacuzzi. The infinity edge blends seamlessly into the blue Caribbean ocean.
The beach in front of Caribbean Reef consists of white sand, a few rocks that create small tide pools filled with ocean life. From the shallow shore, the water gradually becomes deeper. It is perfect for swimming, wading, and snorkeling. There are also several shade palapas on the beach to enjoy a cold drink or a good read.
Each condo has an open floor plan. The kitchen, dining area, and living area all look out over the water. There is also a large, oceanfront, covered terrace to enjoy the ocean breeze.
The main living area has either a king bed, an single sofa bed, a double sofa bed or Murphy bed to accommodate children or another couple. Additionally, this main living area also features a full bath.
The Oceanfront Master Suite has a comfortable King Size Bed and a Private, Full Bath.
This condo is perfect for a couple or a family with children.
Midweek cleaning service with change of sheets and towels will take place after 7 days of stay. We will be happy to arrange additional cleaning upon request.
The Caribbean Reef Villas (CRV) is a wonderful, secure condominium complex. Located on a quiet stretch of beach south of the town square, CRV offers first rate accommodations! A LARGE infinity pool appears to spill into the blue Caribbean waters. The expansive pool terrace area features lots of loungers, beach chairs, and shade umbrellas. At beach level, CRV also has several shade palapas on the white sand for shade and sun!
Other amenities include a beach shower, gated entrance, secure parking area, night security, as well as a concierge 6 days a week to assist you during your stay.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS:
• If required documentation is not received from Guest (Copy of Credit Card in their name, Identification, Signed Agreement) within
48 hours of booking, Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation and withhold a 5% fee for credit card processing.
• If a confirmed notice of cancellation is received more than 90 days prior to the Check-In Date, the Reservation Deposit shall be forfeited by Guest.
• If a confirmed notice of cancellation is received within 90 days of the Check-In Date and the Unit is re-rented, the Reservation Deposit shall be forfeited by Guest. If the unit is not re-rented, the Total Rental Fee shall be forfeited by Guest.
• All payments received for any concierge services, extra amenities, third party services, and tours are non-refundable.
• Shortened stays or early departure do not warrant any refund or rent or deposit. The purchase of trip insurance is recommended, as it is intended to protect travelers from unforeseen circumstances that cause cancellation or interruption, included but not limited to hurricanes, illness, etc. Trip insurance will be the sole remedy for the occurrence of such perils.
• Utilities, services, and amenities that are available in the Unit are maintained regularly and kept in good repair. The agent will facilitate the repair of equipment or restoration of services, however, lapses in services or equipment do not warrant any refund of rent.
• Construction noise from neighboring properties does not warrant any refund of rent.
Weekly Rentals include a mid-week cleaning.
Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Caribbean Reef Villas! It was located a nice distance from the main part of town. We felt very comfortable and safe staying here. We were able to rent bikes for the week that we rode in town each morning for coffee. The other residents were very pleasant and the grounds were well kept! We would definitely stay here again!!

This condo has a great location right on the beach. The residents were friendly and the Playa Jaguar restaurant next door was great. We arrived on a Sunday when the rental office was closed. We were told to go to the office to get our check in materials. It was not made clear the office was not on the property, but in town. Fortunately local residents helped us get checked in.

Overall, the condo was satisfactory, but we were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo on our arrival, especially the kitchen area, ( screen doors and windows were full of dead bugs, kitchen drawers and shelves were dusty and contained gecko droppings) which necessitated the arrival of the cleaners who came the next day.
A few other things:
The bedroom a/c did not function well, the shower in the main bathroom constantly dripped, dishes were chipped and mismatched, cutlery is old and some rusty and should be replaced. The ironing board is rusty and should also be replaced.
We asked for and kindly received a large knife ( the 2 ones had broken handles), an iron and kettle, and Tupperware.
We bought a pitcher and a small Tupperware for the butter, microdin to wash veggies and fruit, kitchen gloves.
The apartment is “tired” and needs renovating, at least a paint job, and refinishing of the kitchen cabinets.
On the plus side, it is a wonderful location, with a nice balcony overlooking a lovely pool and surrounding area , with a very well maintained beach front. Kudos to Ricardo and Jessica who were very helpful to us.
