Great quiet location in a small village Big house with 4 bedrooms with decent mattresses Clean and tidy house, 2 bathrooms are convenient for larger groups bookings Nice garden with many amenities (fireplace, barbecue, playground for kids, volleyball etc) Close to the lake Place is fully fenced so safe for little kids and dogs

Although it is stated that up to 12 people can sleep there, the property is not really prepared for more than 8 people at last. Kitchen/living room area is not suited for large groups of people (only 6 chairs for the table, small sofa (2-3 people max) Booking was for 10 people but outside only 1 table for 6 people is available, same with deckchairs - only 1(!) was available Tableware/cutlery - too few for the amount for people that the property is described and may be booked for - cups, glasses and plates are not replaced/added if needed. No towels and bed covers available at the place (I would prefer for them to be included in the price and not having to bring them with me or pay additional price for something so basic if you rent a place to stay) Mosquito nets are only installed on random windows, no mosquito net on the door to the "deck" area, which is basically a main entrance and used all day long. As the property is in the countryside there are a lot of mosquitoes, flies etc inside and because of that - fruit files on food, ceiling, everywhere. It is not a big investment and would improve the comfort so much. Closing the windows when the sun goes down is not fun after a long sunny days.
