I love the bright bathroom and its jacuzzi bath.

Very vell located apartment. Originally we booked for one night but the apartment was so cozy, that we extended our stay for extra day.

It has washing machine, cooker, oven, and all pots and pans you need for cooking your own meal. A big Supermarket is 10 minutes walk

Shower tap is broken no toilet roll holder basin plug not working stove should be plugged in for gas starter but we did it 4 flights stairs - if you are big and fat or unfit or have lots of luggage not a good idea!

La position centrale, la femme de menage tres aimable, la tres grande salle de bains en marbre.

1) pas de wifi. La proprietaire le sait tres bien puisque les techniciens envoyés le lendemain a 10h m'ont dit que ça ne marchait pas depuis... 2 mois. J'ai raté une importante visioconference par leur faute. Dautant plus que le telephone mobile ne capte pas dans l'appartement 2) pas de draps dans le (minuscule) canapé lit. Devais-je donc dormir dans le grand lit avec mon fils de 35 ans ?? 3) pas de sel, pas de sucre, pas de machine a café, pas de liquide vaisselle. A quoi sert donc cette cuisine🤔? = rentabilité par dessus tout, un grand mepris du client.

LUSSO... PUNTI DI VISTA

La vasca idromassaggio

Una volta raggiunto l'ultimo pianerottolo BISOGNA piegarsi per evitare la trave che sostiene la soletta che con evidenza è stata ricavata forzosamente per poter costruire il bagno. La scatola cassaforte che conteneva la chiave della porta della stanza non funzionava ho dovuto inserire il codice diverse volte, la serratura della porta è spannata/smanettata/danneggiata in tutto per accedere ci sono voluti 50 minuti. La mia colpa è stata arrivare all'una di notte la loro di avere sistemi fatiscenti. Appena entrata vedo una spia rossa entro in quella che hanno definito cucina e mi rassicuro, la spia era solo la lavatrice che aveva terminato il lavaggio ancora chiusa piena di biancheria pulita. La camera aveva un letto matrimoniale normale TV e condizionatore, il bagno in marmo dotato di doppio lavabo vasca idromassaggio e doccia è cieco sul soffitto spiovente si trova un "passo-uomo" (finestrella di accesso al tetto) elettrizzato e apribile dall'interruttore a lato lavabo funzionante. Il problema è il telaio ammalorato e fortemente infiltrato con conseguente proliferazione di muffa nera. La colazione è servita a 7 km, nello specifico a Marina di Carrara nel loro stabilimento balneare. Ovviamente ho fatto colazione in Via Roma a 500 MT da vicolo del Duomo.

Complessivamente una mansarda carina

Un po’ di ragnatele nel bagno…frigo piccolo…quarto piano senza ascensore…scala del condominio molto sporca e fatiscente…e poi preferisco luoghi dove il personale si fa vedere di persona e non dove è tutto fatto per via telematica

La posizione in un periodo primaverile/estate non è male,è una zona inaccessibile in macchina.

Abbastanza sporca,il divano/ lettino non era preparato e non ci hanno lasciato nemmeno le lenzuola per prepararcelo,lavatrice accesa con dentro altra biancheria,materassi e cuscini macchiati di …bho!dopo la lamentela è venuta la donna delle pulizie a suonare per sistemare alle 22:30 peccato che io e mia figlia già dormivamo,mio marito a declinato “l’offerta”

Una piacevole bomboniera

Io e la mia compagna ci concediamo delle fughe brevissime per ricaricarci e nella mansarda in vicolo del Duomo abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva e siamo stato d’incanto . Si sta davvero bene, silenziosissima, intima un posto davvero speciale.

Nella struttura c’è davvero tutto, forse un piccolo tavolinetto in cucina la renderebbe ancor più fantastica !
