Aelia Luxury Suites

This hotel is more like a resort. If you want to be close to everything it's not the place for you, but it's well worth renting the car and staying here away from everything. You could easily not go anywhere, but obviously you will. Our cave style room was so awesome, with an upper level with our bedroom which walked out to a cute balcony overlooking the pool. The main floor balcony was spacious with a hot tub, that was a blessing to come home too after walking all day. The pool was refreshing and great start and finish to each day with plenty of comfy loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was good and included in your hotel cost. The pool bar drinks are sadly overpriced making us not purchase and provide our own from the store. Staff were friendly and the front desk young girl was awesome.

Our only complaint is the furniture on our deck, my husband sat on a chair and it broke due to being so old. He hit his head on the concrete (thankfully was okay). But we did tell them, they took one chair away and left the second chair which was in the same condition and never replaced the missing chair. The young girl was so amazing at the front but we thought a follow up from the Manager would have at least been nice.

The hotel was fantastico position for to go to visit around. The room was clean and confortable. Friendly staff! We'll be back sure! Thank you ❤️

Upon arriving we were greeted by Iliana who gave us a tour of the hotel and took us to the bar for welcome beverages. She was very helping , kind and accommodating.

The only minor issue was the door that was difficult to close. Otherwise everything was wonderful. From the staff to the pool area and suite.

Location

Breakfast was very basic, did not live upto a good standard. Staff were not accomdating to even extend my stay for 30mins, even though next checkin was 3 hours later I arrived up at 4pm, and hotel free transport bus to Fira left at 5pm, however hotel staff were not willing to add me on to the transport list as they said it was too late. Staff could be more accomdating and service could be alot better
