Relaxed and very enjoyable

Spotless, spacious with excellent air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable as was the sofa bed for my daughter. Well equipped kitchen. Electric shutters kept apartment cool during the day and kept out the light early morning. Super outdoor pool with loungers, seating, parasols and toilet. The owners kept the pool area very clean coming out several times a day to check pool water and sweep around. The owners let us keep our suitcases in the hallway after we had checked out as we had a later flight and very kindly put our packed lunch I had prepared in their fridge. Although a 25 minute walk to Rovinj, we took the land train there and also hired bikes. Rovinj was very busy so it was good to come back to our apartment which was in a much quieter area. Several restaurants and beaches very close by.

In every room Hot water - 2 boilers, one for each bathroom, constant hot water and powerful shower Electronic blinds are amazing and block out sunlight completely Hosts are Dutch couple who take loving care of the villa and make you feel at home

Construction work in area ongoing but no noise at all Difficult to find - address needs to be updated

Although it was in a very remote a area, I got to appreciate the relative peace and quite.

The distance to the old town was a little bit of a problem, due to having to cycle back from the old town late at night. Some of the roads didn't have lightning also.

Best view over Rovinj

The apartment was very beautiful and clean. It had 2 bathrooms (and one additional room with a toilet and a sink) which was soooo comfortable for us. The kitchen was well equipped and also there was a big terrace with the most beautiful view over Rovinj at day and night. We were very satisfied with everything.

Veoma prijatan i opuštajući boravak

Sve je bilo super. Pre svega domaćini su ljubazni i fini. za sve što vam je potrebno tu su da pomognu. Smeštaj je odličan, veoma prostrano, čisto i sređeno sa svim potrebnim elementima neophodnim za boravak u apartmanu. Veliki plus privatni parking i bazen. Postoje i nekoliko restorana i marketa u blizini. Plaže su na svega nekoliko minuta hoda, gde možete birati gde ćete se smestiti. Do starog grada u Rovinju imaju vozići koji prevoze posetioce (stanica na par min od apartmana). Peške je potrebno oko 30 min lagane šetnje. Sve pohvale za domaćine i jedva čekamo da se opet vratimo. :)

Locatie is ideaal, een klein halfuurtje stappen tot in de stad.

Als ik dan toch een minpuntje moet zeggen dan de douche, het water liep niet altijd goed weg maar het stoorde niet echt.

Villa Ancora è gestita con cura ed attenzione dai gentilissimi proprietari, sempre pronti ad ascoltare e risolvere le esigenze dei vacanzieri. L'appartamento risulta spazioso e ben curato nell'arredamento, con lavastoviglie ed aria condizionata. Adeguata dotazione della cucina, camera da letto comoda nel suo spazio, e bagno con confortevole box doccia. Appartamento pulito, con cambio biancheria da letto e bagno. Presente in struttura piscina ben curata e pulita. Posto auto riservato alla camera. Posizione vicinissima al mare, breve tratto a piedi da percorrere, e strategica per visitare le altre spiagge di Rovigno.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Mega tolle Wohnung, alles da was man braucht! Original wie auf den Fotos, alles super gepflegt! Kleiner sauberer Salzwasser Pool! Ruhige Lage aber dennoch zentral genug um alles fußläufig zu erreichen! Grosse Wohnung im 3. Stock mit traumhafter Aussicht!

Es gibt null komma nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat!

War alles zur absoluten Zufriedenheit. Sehr schönes Appartment, sauber, tolle Hausbesitzer- sehr freundlich & zugewandt. Keine 4min vom Strand entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch zu Fuss erreichbar. Stadt ca. 30min zu Fuss.

Das Bett war wenig hart, ish aber "mimimi" auf hohem Niveau

Apartament bardzo przestronny, czysty. Dostępne udogodnienia - zmywarka, pralka, kilka łazienek, zaopatrzenie kuchni. Piękny widok z tarasu na miasto i morze. Cały obiekt jest czysty, zadbany, a właściciele przemili. Do plaży 5 min spacerem, do miasta ok 30 min ale samochodem to kilka min. Spędziliśmy tam naprawdę cudowny, rodzinny czas.

Sehr schön. Kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren mit allem zufrieden. Nette Gastgeber (wohnen im Haus), Moderne Ausstattung und überdachtes Carpot. Nach einem zerstörten Auto nach Hagel am Gardasee konnte ich so ruhig schlafen.

In der Nachbarschaft wird gebaut. Da kann natürlich der Gastgeber nichts dafür.
