Large Luxury Home Pool Home

The house was beautiful and clean and the staff was quick to respond if I had any questions. Will definitely be planning another trip.

The fridge took a day to get cold up to temp when we first got there but after the first day it was no issues.

It was very spacious

Everything is great! The pictures dose this property no justice at all!

There is nothing that me or my family didn’t like about this property.

Size of house was nice but I would not categorize as luxury.

Rain poured on outside table via the lanai ceiling. Has water damage and mold. Pool area uneven and broken bricks. The child gate is held by string and the pool alarm did not work. Paid for pool to be heated and it was cold. The house was next to new construction site and was not informed. Trucks going in and out which started at 5:00 a.m. House doesn’t look professionally cleaned. Not vacuumed in quite some time. Fixture and furniture broken, many items need to be updated. No baby gate which was told there would be. Plastic bag over first floor bathroom vent. Bedroom upstairs had bricks holding bed up. Cookware was terrible and damaged. Laundry room washer and dryer was awful. Rugs and sofa need to be vacuumed and washed. This house is clearly not professionally cleaned and they charge a cleaning fee???
