Ca'n toni Villa, Cala Galdana

The location of the Villa was excellent. The size of the Villa was good. The pool was large.

It was a bit tired. The towel rails and shower head holders were hanging off. The pool table and balls were battered and the table tennis table had seen better days. The laundry airer was broken. The basement and upstairs could be made into something really special.

Letti scomodi con materassi che si sentivano le molle. Dormire bene è importante e francamente con quello che abbiamo speso mi aspettavo letti un pò più comodi ...pazienza

This villa is spectacular, very spacious and clean, all the rooms were large and the pool area had sunshine all day. the location was great, very peaceful, no noise disturbances at all. There is a mini supermarket a few hundred yards away, and the beach is a short walk, via either steps, the main road or if you’re brave, via the lift of the hotel that sits on the beachfront. we stayed for a week and had a towel change mid way through. the villa provided beach towels also. there is a tv but we never used it once. Each room had an air conditioner that worked perfectly. We checked in online and the keys were in the lock box by the front door waiting for us. we only had one issue while we were there, a whatsapp message to caroline and it was resolved in the hour.. that’s exactly what you want. well done.. very impressive

That we had to leave i guess. if i had to be critical, maybe a cleaning service once during the week. It didn’t bother us to be honest and we emptied our own bins (there are recycling points a short walk in each direction) During the check in process online, it sends you a pdf file that i was unable to open.. that probably needs reviewing otherwise it was faultless
