Bonavista Bright Sea View Studio with Balcony

Mauro's place is wonderful! I can't wait to come back! If you are looking for something fancy and modern in the tourist area, this is probably not for you. But if you prefer to be in a beautiful, quiet, comfortable apartment, where you are close to the best and least crowded beaches in the area and near the local community, then this is your spot. The apartment is bigger than the pictures, with everything 1 or 2 travelers need to enjoy a short or long stay. Highlights: - Amazing balcony with sea view, shade, and evening lights. - Comfy bed (and comfy sofa bed for extra person) - Great air conditioner - Beach umbrellas and boogie board! - Pepe's Cafe and Can Sito market Highly recommend!

Nothing- all was great

It’s a nice and bright studio that has everything you need, and I really mean everything. The balcony has a nice view of the sea. The bed was comfortable and the place is clean. Location wise-fairly close to the beach but with a 15-20 min walk for restaurants and cafes.

If you are driving, parking is a big problem. It’s presented as “ free parking “ but parking on a street that has many highrise buildings is torture especially when you have a lot of luggage. In the evening you have to go 5-7 min further away to be able to park. If you are accompanied by a pet, the owner expects you to pay 10 € per day. The owner says that hotels charge 15 € so he feels entitled to it, ignoring the fact that does not provide you with those services ( like daily cleaning). If you intend a longer vacation ( like 7-10 days), that’s a 70-100 € extra on top of the tourist fee of 2€/person/night.

I can not say enough good about the apartment or the owner. Both well exceeded any expectations i had. This was, by far, the most enjoyable experience i have had at any rental property on this site.

I did not like the fact that i did not rent it for a longer stay.
