About this house rental
Idyllic country cabin tucked away on private land in Crofton, Ky. The cabin is fully furnished and Is minutes away from Christian Way Farms and a short distance from Burdock Farms Wedding & Events venue. The property has a watershed lake with a water trampoline, great area for swimming, paddleboat, kayaks, and Jonboat with paddles and trolling motor for guests to enjoy. The lake is stocked so bring your fishing poles and enjoy fishing on the lake. There are over 1000 acres of land with trails so feel free to bring your horses (please just let us know if you intend to bring horses and trailer), mountain bikes, or hike to explore the property. Unwind on your getaway with a picturesque view to relax and enjoy nature with all the comforts of home!
Details: main cabin: one queen bed, two twin beds, bunk bed (twin xl over queen), couch, and air mattress. Crib, pack and play, and high chair available upon request. Fully stocked kitchen (just bring your favorite food to fix) and large dining table. Three TVs with local channels, two smart TVs with available Netflix, lots of dvds, air hockey table, shuffleboard table, and a cabinet stocked with family games to choose from. There is a phone on site to use if needed. There is also available WiFi via a hotspot from the phone guests are welcome to use. Another small cabin with two queen beds and two full beds is available for an additional nightly fee.
**There is an extra charge of $75 per night for use of the small cabin plus an additional $25 cleaning fee (contains two queen beds and two full mattresses in loft areas). Please let us know upon booking if you would like to use the small cabin in addition to the main cabin (main cabin sleeps 8 comfortably). If so, we will update the charges for your stay and will give you necessary access information for use.**
We have three small kids and our family loves our time spent at the cabin. Our vision was to create a place for guests to come to relax, spend time with friends and family, and enjoy nature. We hope our guests love it as much as we do!

*Both Hopkinsville and Madisonville have lots of locally owned boutiques and places to shop. Both cities have Walmart, Kroger, Aldi, and other grocery stores that are within a short driving distance. Greenville has a Rural King, Walmart, and Kroger. There is a Dollar General on North Greenville Rd that is only 10mins away from the cabin, so very easy access to run and pick up anything you may need. Feel free to reach out with any other questions you may have, we would love to give recommendations to our favorite local spots!

This was our second time staying and it was even better than the first. Beautiful property and cabins, and there was plenty of space for our large group. Check-in was easy, the hosts were very communicative and again, had everything that you could need for a smooth stay. They even dropped off cornhole for us after I asked about it which was super nice of them. Our group had so much fun swimming, fishing, floating on the lake and hanging out on the patio. We’ll definitely try to make it back here for another trip! Thanks again for everything! :)

This is our favorite family spot to gather. The kids love to swim, kayak, use the paddle boat, water trampoline and fish. The Big kids like it too. So peaceful and relaxing, secluded but convenient to amenities if needed. From wildlife watching, making smores and creating memories, for a laid back getaway, this is it. The hosts are extremely helpful and accomodating.

We spent our spring break vacation at this wonderful secluded cabin. The cabin is decorated nicely and very clean. The view from the cabin is beautiful and overlooks the private lake. There are plenty of beds especially downstairs in the basement. There is an air hockey table and a very nice shuffleboard table that we had a lot of fun with. There were also thoughtful touches that awaited us on our arrival. Like toiletries and even an extra toothbrush. It is completely private. We fished during the day and rode a golf cart around to explore the property. We had a camp fire every night except when it rained. Since it was so secluded we played music out by the fire. The owners were so nice and happy to give us recommendations about the surrounding area. They provided the golf cart for us to use along with flash lights and walkie talkies. We caught some bluegill and large mouth bass. The paddle boat was fun for the family. There are stores that aren't too far for anything you need. We did go to Southern Lanes bowling alley and arcade in Hopkinsville 1 day and had a very good time. I can't say enough good things about this place! We will want to come back in the summer when it is warmer so we can swim and use the water trampoline that they told us about.
