The apartment is charming and the location is unparalleled if you want to tour Oria's old city. The neighbours are nice too (The lent us an umbrella when we were in dire need of one).
There is no nearby parking as advertised (You can park in the street for a few minutes to unpack your bags, but we had to park quite far AND we got a fine). The hot water lasted for barely one satisfying shower (And there were 4 of us).
