La Loggia House is a detached historic home, located on the second floor and accessible through a doorway in one of the narrow streets of the beautiful historic town center.
A small hallway and convenient stairs lead to the second floor. The apartment has a living area consisting of a kitchen, dining room with 1 French sofa bed, and a nice balcony with a loggia overlooking a pretty little square.
A short corridor leads to the sleeping area consisting of 1 quadruple loft bedroom: downstairs there are 2 single beds, while on the loft there is 1 double bed with en suite shower room.
The house is completed by a second bathroom. Air conditioning is located in the bedroom and living room.

The vacation home La Loggia House is located in the beautiful historic center of Manduria, a town of Messapic origins south of Taranto, where all the main services are present.
The nearest beaches are those of the Taranto Ionian coast, between Campomarino di Maruggio and San Pietro in Bevagna, about 10 km away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 10 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
