About this apartment rental
This is a one bedroom condo with an efficiency kitchen. It has a king bed with a lounge chair and ottoman for relaxing. It has a 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette has a table and two chairs, microwave, small fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and counter top ice maker. There is an en suite bath with garden tub. It accommodates two guests. This unit can be rented in conjunction with an adjoining two bedroom two bath unit if available.
It has a Gulf front balcony with incredible views of Gulf Sunsets and the beautifully landscaped pool area.
Please note that we do not rent this unit separately unless the adjoining two bedroom unit has already been rented. There are only two stacks of three bedroom condos at Splash, so we prefer to offer it available as a three bedroom during the peak rental season. Please submit an inquiry and we will let you know if it is available.

Very nice property. Condo owners are very communitive, reasonable, and fast responding to any needs. Would stay at their 1201A east property again!

We stayed in the studio for a couple of days on our anniversary. The weather was horrible for most of the days we were there so spent a good bit of time at the condo. The studio is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything we needed. The view from the balcony is beautiful!!! We really enjoyed the covered heated pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was awesome from the check in until we checked out. As expected. Elevators are a bit slow however our stay was good. Excellent for a family with small children
