BLEIBE VIER.1—Modern Design & Nature in Perfect Harmony This modern vacation apartment offers 80 qm of space for up to 4 people. The spacious living and dining area (26 square meters) with an open-concept designer kitchen invites you to linger. Two cozy bedrooms (20 square meters and 11 square meters) guarantee restful nights. The modern bathroom (8 square meters) features a floor-level walk-in rain shower. On the 15-square-meter terrace, furnished with high-quality furniture and a daybed, you can enjoy the view of the expansive garden. Comfortably equipped with radiant floor heating, smart TVs with streaming services, and a Bose sound system, this apartment is the perfect place for relaxation and entertainment. A few steps lead you to this oasis of tranquility. A prepayment of 25% of the total price is due immediately upon booking. The remaining balance (total price minus the prepayment) must be received by the host no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. Your vacation rental is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Depending on availability, other arrival and departure times may be possible upon prior arrangement. Towels and bed linens, a parking space, and use of the outdoor facilities and the separate multipurpose room (e.g., for summer and winter sports equipment, strollers, etc.) are included in the price. For guests arriving by electric car, we offer a 22 kW electric charging station at favorable rates. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental (non-smoking vacation rental).
