BLEIBE VIER.3 - A Space for Relaxation and Inspiration This barrier-free vacation rental offers a well-thought-out floor plan across 80 qm, accommodating up to 4 people. The open-concept living and dining area (26 qm) with a fully equipped kitchen is perfect for social evenings. Two comfortable bedrooms (20 square meters and 11 square meters) ensure restful nights. The modern bathroom (8 square meters) with a floor-level walk-in rain shower offers the highest level of comfort. The spacious balcony (15 sq m) with lounge furniture and a magnificent view of the Fichtelgebirge is the perfect place to relax. Smart TVs with streaming services and a Bose sound system round out the amenities. This apartment is barrier-free and particularly suitable for guests with physical limitations. A prepayment of 25% of the total price is due immediately upon booking. The remaining balance (total price minus the prepayment) must be received by the host no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period. Your vacation rental is available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Depending on availability, other arrival and departure times are possible upon prior arrangement. Towels and linens, a parking space, and use of the outdoor facilities and the separate multipurpose room (e.g., for summer and winter sports equipment, strollers, etc.) are included in the price. For guests arriving by electric car, we offer a 22 kW electric charging station at favorable rates. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the vacation rental (non-smoking vacation rental).
