CASA CARLOTTA Tranquillità con Vista Mare

Fräscht och en väldigt bra planlösning för att bo fyra personer. Det var ett trevligt kök och vi uppskattade den rymliga terrassen med markis. Skönt med aircondition i lägenheten! Diskmaskin och tvättmaskin var bekvämt att ha tillgång till så vi bodde i lägenheten i fem nätter. Nära att promenera till huvudgatan och stranden. Bra kommunikation med hyresvärden. Wifi krånglade en del, men vi fick snabb och proffsig hjälp av värden när vi påpekade detta och värden kom till lägenheten med en extra router och efter det funkade wifi utmärkt!

Lite krångligt med wifi i början, men det löste sig då värden ordnade med en extra router. Sängarna i bäddsoffan var inte lika bekväma som sängen i sovrummet. Camogli är byggt utmed berget från havet och uppåt och det kan vara bra att känna till att man behöver kunna promenera en hel del i trappor för att kunna gå nerifrån från huvudgatan och stranden i Camogli upp till där lägenheten är belägen. Det är bara några minuters promenad, så det är inte långt att gå, men det är uppför hela vägen och många trappsteg totalt sett. Så har man svårt att gå i trappor kan det vara en utmaning, men för vår familj funkade det jättebra! I själva huset där lägenheten är finns det däremot en hiss.

The location is amazing, a 10 minute easy walk into Camogli town and beaches and the onsite parking is a huge bonus. Apartment and parking was easy to find and the host provided easy to follow instructions and videos. Apartment was very basic but comfortable.

The property was not completely clean upon arrival and the shower had a few leaks which was raised to the host on arrival and nothing was done. The host informed us a technician had been booked for the following day but then never turned up. The coffee machine also had no pods provided and the host didn’t advise what pods the machine took after I asked. Apartment was very basic and furniture was old and not in the best condition. Overall a pleasant stay but expensive for what you get.

The site says 'on-site parking'. The parking is NOT onsite...it is in a building further down (the dangerous) road. It is the worst, and most difficult parking we have come across in the world. There is no information in the apartment, we had a bath towel each for 8 days. The washing machine did not work. We attempted many, many times to ring the 'agent' for new towels. No-one answered the phone. We found linen packs in a cupboard under the T.V. the day we left. The balcony is lovely but has not been cleaned for a long time, leaves, dirt, cigarette butts.
