About this apartment rental
Two-family home in a beautiful location with stunning mountain views. The Hochlerch is on one side and the Hochplatte on the other—an ideal starting point for mountain hikes and bike tours. The Hochplattenbahn is just a 5-minute walk away. For children, the Fairy Tale Park and the Mountain Forest Adventure Trail (accessible via the Hochplattenbahn) are right nearby. Lake Chiemsee is about 8 km away, and Reifinger See, a swimming lake, is about 1 km away. Shopping options are available in the center of Marquartstein (grocery store, bakery, etc.). The popular destinations of Salzburg and Munich are approximately 60 and 90 kilometers away, respectively.
Our vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of our house and features 2 separate bedrooms, a living room with a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, and balconies facing east and west. The apartment is equipped with a Ped coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc., a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric stove with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, satellite TV, a mini stereo system, a hair dryer, free Wi-Fi, a high chair, and a travel crib (available upon request). Our accommodations are a non-smoking apartment; we cannot accommodate pets—we appreciate your understanding. The vacation rental is generally ready for occupancy at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. The beds are made, and towels are provided for you. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.

Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub. Familie Reisenauer ist sehr gastfreundlich. Für jede Frage gibt es eine Antwort und Empfehlungen für alle Art von Vorhaben.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und individuell eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und ich bin sicher, dass falls etwas fehlen sollte, Frau Reisenauer das in kürzester Zeit bereit stellen würde. Absolut zum wohlfühlen. Wir waren zum Skifahren im Urlaub. Ski / Snowboard können praktisch im Haus deponiert werden. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut und ohne Vorbehalte weiter empfehlen. Danke an Familie Reisenauer!

Sehr nette Vermieterin und schöne Wohnung. Diese liegt direkt an der Straße . Insgesamt fanden wir die Wohnung sehr schön, aber auch recht teuer.

Die Wohnung können wir nur mit Prädikat sehr gut weiterempfehlen!! Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort wieder buchen.
