The place has a big potential. The rooms look like almost new, the big balcony is an andvantage - although you have to share yours with the neighbors. The rooms are big but very hot and when you open windows, you have plenty of insects inside. It is very silent and in the middle of nowhere. You can use the common kitchen, fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, glasses and cups, plates etc. etc. and there is a lot of ingredients like sugar, tea, salt, pepper, oil that you can use. The dogs are accepted.

The common spaces like kitchen and dining room have the specific smell of common places that aren't well cleaned: of an old food and dirty surfaces. There was no sport area around the place yet, and the whole property around the house was full of toys, items, garden things - it didn't look clean. I believe that in next years it will look really better when the area is cleaned and arranged. The wall isolation in the house is poor: you hear your neighbors chatting, kids screaming, door opening...

It was clean and new equiped. There was kitchen and place where you can sit and enjoy your food.

Room there is lack of comfort. The garden is green and covered with grass but there is no enought equipment to sit and relax there. The main reason I do not like the place is that the owner was to insistent to receive additinal 5 euro for the pet. In each offer through booking where places accept pets there is remark that additional payment can be chargred at place. This remark is not enought during booking process. Every place owner shall make the price clear as (no charge for pets'; 5e per pet to be paid at place and etc. ) Remark as"additional charge can be paid at place for pet" is not enough because at place they can tell you 10e, 20e or what ever they like.
