Obiekt schludnie utrzymany i dobrze wyposażony (zarówno pokój, jak i wspólna kuchnia) – łącznie z czajnikiem w pokoju, stołem ze stołkami oraz stolikami nocnymi z lampkami. Dobrze ogrzewany – mimo mrozów nie było zimno. Gospodarze pogodni, konkretni i pomocni.
Drzwi od pokoju słabo tłumiły dźwięk, na szczęście inni goście nie przesiadywali wcześnie/późno we wspólnej kuchni oraz - na prośbę - ściszali telewizor u siebie w pokoju po drugiej stronie korytarza (który szedł dość głośno, bo sąsiad miał problem ze słuchem) ;)

Gościnność gospodarzy oraz ich dostępność. Oczywiście należy wspomnieć o poczęstunku oraz słoiku borówek 😉
