Дуже охайно, спокійно. Все сучасне. Крута територія, да є просто все, що може знадобитися: від батута до казана для плову. Приємні власники, розумні і цікаві, орієнтовані на клієнтів. Близько до центру, постійно ходили на прогулянки.
Не сподобалася лише шумоізоляція. В нашому номері був нюанс: до стінки зі сторони іншого номеру приладнані сходи. Було дуже чутно, коли люди бігали, нас будили таким чином рано. Тому, якщо чутливі до шуму, просіть номери на другому поверсі

Нам сподобалося проживання в номері, сподобалися умови в номері, кухня, двір, розташування приміщення відносно басейнів та центру міста, вокзала. Дуже порадовало уважне дбайливе ставлення господаря - пана Сергія, чистота і зручне сучасне оздоблення в номері, на кухні, у дворі приміщення. За що ми вдячні пану Сергію і бажаємо йому подальшого процвітання його бізнесу. Із задоволенням оберемо Villa Grey House yаступного разу під час відпочинку.

Сподобалось все: і розміщення, і парковка у дворі, і господарі, і всі зручності у номері. Номер теплий, затишний.
