Shipyard Village guests love the tropical oasis-like pool surrounded by palm trees, water fountains and beach dunes. The pool is amply furnished with chaise lounge chairs and provides a shade cabana and restrooms.

Very nice experience. Condo had all conveniences. Appreciate owners leaving spices and owners pantry open to use. Furnishings and appliances looked new and. Hugh quality

The property was clean and furnished reasonably well, with 2 king beds being a major draw. Rather dated furnishings, and a few things were subpar and could easily be fixed - pots and pans with scratches in the nonstick surface, unlined shelves in the kitchen cabinets, rickety stools at the counter (seemingly unsafe to use). Good access to the pool and beach, although far from the access that has a ramp for beach wagons. Rolling out the trash bins at 6:45 a.m. needs to stop.
