A nice hotel after a day at the beach

There was welcome fruit which was nice. the room was big and had everything i needed. The hotel is very close to Elafonisi beach and restaurants. There was also a market across the street. The parking area was big and clean. The town overall is quiet and peaceful which was perfect for having a nice place to stay to do the beaches during the day. There is no town/center to explore so unless you plan to visit Elafonisi for several days you only need 1-2 nights in the area because the other beaches are not close and the road to get there is very windy.

I got it late since there was not a host to greet me. I didn't see the point of rushing to the hotel if no one was going to be there to show me around the property and room. The keys were relatively easy to retrieve overall but the security light kept turning off and I had to move and wait for the light to turn on to continue getting the keys out. Also the door didn't latch when you closed the door. It took my about 5 minutes to figure out that I had to slam the door to get it to latch which I'm sure the neighbors did not appreciate. I have the feeling their doors had the same problem because I often heard slamming of doors. Also the door handle appeared to be slowly breaking because I could see the parts were loose and spinning around causing the door closing process to take a long time. The room key was severely bent so it was also hard to slide into the mount to turn on the light.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular view!

Amazing apartment with a beautiful view of the monastery, the sea and the sunset. We really loved the decor and the whole style of the apartment. Well equipped. Super comfortable bed! A few good restaurants close by as well as many beaches - Elafonisi was a bit too touristy ; I would recommend Kedrodasos, White Lake and Voulolimni :) Would have loved to stay longer !

The AC took a while to cool the room but after an hour or two the place was freezing!

Worth every Euros ✅

Beautifully furnished and a great location , if you have a car . The apartment # 1. Is the go to , it has the best balcony of all 3 apartments on the premises, with a nice view of the monastery + sundowns were gorgeous. Complete views from the west and south side of area . Fully equipped and even had fruit , snacks , coffee and water to get you started with your stay. Located near White Lake beach , Elafonissi and Kedrodasos beach . 3 restaurants stood out in the immediate vicinity, Kosmos fish tavern, Glykeria and Aerino restaurant café. The host was responsive and would reply within the hour if there was an issue, of which there were few . Would strongly recommend ILIOVASILEMA APTS. and we would definitely return .

Lovely stay for a week in a modern, spotless apartment. Beautiful Monastery.

The Apartment was spotless, cleaned beautifully every 2 days with fresh sheets, bathrobes, slippers and towels. The view of the Monastery and the sunset photos were stunning. A walk to the lovely beach of Aspri Limni where there are some sunbeds to use, no facilities, but very nice for a swim and sunbathe .

The property was very modern with terraces to sit, front and back. We did not have a car so because of its location close to Elafonisi we used buses which were always on time, but a car is necessary if you want to explore.

We keep returning to this apartment. Comfortable, clean, big terass with amazing view, amenities. It's a 5 min drive to Greece most beautiful beach and there is proximity to super markets and restaurants. Can recommend Cosmos, a fish restaurant with excellent food.

We loved our stay here. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with excellent outdoor areas. The views from the room are beautiful. We loved the area, a few nice tavernas near by and some lovely little walks around. Elafonisi beach is just 5 mins down the road. Drive down early to beat the buses!

This property was great! Some noisy neighbours (lots of door slamming) but that had nothing to do with this property! We visited during a time with high winds so sitting out in the beautiful patio was uncomfortable-too bad, it was beautiful!

WONDERFUL stay, highly recommended!

We had the most amazing stay at Iliovasilema Apartments. The apartment is absolutely spotless, spacious and very comfortable. It’s super modern and has everything you may need for a long or short stay - we were so impressed with all the little touches from the host, they made our stay so special. The listing photos are totally accurate, everything is presented so beautifully. Also, as others have mentioned, the sunset and monastery view from the balcony is second to none, it’s absolutely incredible!! It’s also very well situated, less than 10 mins from Elafonisi and Kedrodasos beaches and 2 mins from plenty of local restaurants and 2 mini markets. The host is also very responsive and we briefly met in person when she kindly let us leave our luggage before checking in (thank you!), but otherwise we felt like we had total privacy. We just couldn’t fault it at all, everything was perfect and we will 100% be returning!

What a view!

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It is brand new, clean, comfortable and quiet. All the amenities are as advertised. The view is outstanding, the perfect place to watch the sunset. It is close to the well known Elafonisi beaches but we chose to go to the less frequented Kedrodasos beach which is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment. Lots of eateries nearby. It was perfect!

Our favorite place so far on our one month trip.

The apartment seemed brand new and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was amazing! The terrace looked over the monastery with beautiful sunsets each night. We stayed for 3 nights and wished it was longer. The host was very friendly and communicated quickly.

This place is a little slice of luxury, with elegant comfort, Spotless throughout, great facilities, and WHAT A VIEW!! We loved the local community - inviting & generous (we were gifted local fresh produce). We came out of season so not all tavernas or hiking routes were open. had a wonderful time all the same, and lliovasilema Apartments was a great location to explore this part of the Island. thank you so much.

Great host near Elafonisi beach

The Apartment was very clean, spacious and modern. The host welcomed us with a homemade dessert and nice amenities inside the room. The attention to detail and the genuine hospitality was exceptional. There is not much around in this area but we felt that the location was perfect close to Elafonisi beach.
