My husband and I stayed at this resort for 1 night and had a wonderful stay. Our room was very spacious. We specially loved the bathroom with a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, we encountered black ants all over the toilet sink and was not able to use the countertop because of that.
Overall, we had a nice stay at the resort. The staff were very helpful and approachable.

Beautiful place, cozy room and good environment. All staffs are warm-welcome. Good idea for let us made ourselves dinner and breakfast. I got a good experience here.

A stay at Hanz is definitely an exceptional experience in the woods for cosmopolitan city dwellers like me. We enjoyed our short stay there; love the Mount Fuji spring water, the BBQ experience and the delicious breakfast. We are extremely grateful to the staff in particular the young gentleman (sorry, I didn't get your last name) who spoke very fluent English in helping to call up the taxi company and assisted us to retrieve the trekking pole we left behind during our ride to Hanz. Thank you once again.

Lovely Glamping. Clean and beautifully designed.
Would be better if there is shelter between the tent and the bathroom, although it is a very short distance.
Premium price considering we have to do our own bbq dinner and breakfast, which we very seldom do. Although we can ask questions to the friendly staff, they are not waiting for us. We have to walk and find them.
Overall, an exciting experience.
