About this house rental
Fivestay as property manager promotes this apartment on behalf of the owner. This is a typical house in a ligurian quaint medioeval village with original colors from the turn-of-the-century, tiled flooring, with different design pattern in any room. The original historic staircase and the authentic materials (wrought iron, marble, slate) make the atmosphere charming and romantic. Der Einzug in die FEWO .
Der 1. Eindruck war sehr ernüchternd. Unser Ferienhaus entpuppte sich optisch originell, viel Dekor, wie Bilder, Bilder, Bilder, Spiegel überall, kleine Wandteller und Nippes. Bei näherer Betrachtung kamen die Mängel zutage.
1. In der Küche lagen die schmutzigen Spüllappen offen auf der Spüle. Die Tischplatte des kleinen Marmortisch war lose und nur eine schnelle Reaktion verhinderte ein herunterfallen und verletzen. Sauberkeit sehr oberflächlich.(Schränkchen unter der Spülen? Offene Besteckkiste), Töpfe ohne Griffe, keine Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher. Der Gläserschrank im Esszimmer konnte nur mit eigener Idee (Papier einklemmen)geschlossen bleiben, Schloss defekt.
2. Die Schlafzimmer waren sauber, Betten mit Laken und dünner Tagesdecke bezogen. In den muffigen Schränken lagen zwar Kissen und Plümos, jedoch keine Bezüge dafür. Ein Zimmer hatte ein Bad mit Dusche ,einen kleinen Raum – begehbarer (??) Kleiderschrank mit unzähligen zusammen gewürfelten Kleiderbügel und Regalen mit Körben -, die in jedem Zimmer als Ablage für Wäsche dienten. 3 Zimmer hatten einen Ventilator, einer jedoch war defekt, nicht nutzbar. Ein weiteres Zimmer besaß ein Bad mit dem angepriesenen Whirlpool, der sich als Badewanne entpuppte.
3. Im 5.Stock befand sich die angepriesene Terrasse. 6 kleinen Metallstühlen, ein kleiner runder und ein viereckiger Tisch und Sonnenschirm auf ca. 4qm. 2 Blumenkästen mit vertrockneten????.
4. Im Erdgeschoss gab es noch ein Bad mit Dusche. In einem weiteren Raum war dann die Waschmaschine mit vielen Regalen und Nonsens wie Putzmittel, leere, irgendwas, unnütze Kisten, teils leer, teils mit etwas, was kein Feriengast je benötigt.
5. Das gepriesen WLAN funktionierte sehr, sehr, sehr langsam und daher war auch kein Fernseher zu benutzen. Das Bild blieb ständig stehen und musste neu laden. Keine Bedienungsanleitung, Beschreibung um Sender zu suchen.
6. In fast jedem Zimmer, besonders aber in der 4. Etage fiel der Putz von Decke und Wand, in allen Badezimmern war, wenn auch nicht übermäßig Schimmel, übertüncht mit Farbe
7. Was in keiner Beschreibung auftaucht, ist die Tatsache, dass sich das Haus über 4 Etagen erstreckt (je 2Räume) und für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen gar nicht geeignet. .…….versteckte Tatsache……!
8. Zu guter letzt, die angegebene Strandnähe entsprach nicht im entferntesten der Realität. Fußläufig für einen Strandbesuch nicht so zu erreichen.
