Welcome to Water Oaks Lake House!
This beautiful lake house is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath house. It is located 13 miles North of Bryant Denny stadium in Northport. You may park up to 6 cars in the driveway. The house has a dock as well as an amazing deck/porch that overlooks Lake Tuscaloosa! There is also a covered deck with a built in fire pit and stairs that take you straight to the dock. Of course there are lake supplies, including 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a floating water pad for added fun and entertainment, as well as plenty of floats and water toys!
The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all open to one another making it easy for everyone to hang out while watching TV, making dinner, or playing games! There is a lovely gas fireplace in the living room for colder months. There is a desk and chair in the upstairs bunk room. There is also plenty of seating downstairs at the bar and table to accommodate larger groups.
The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The next two bedrooms also have King beds and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The final bedroom is perfect for the kids! There are two bunk beds with Twin XL over a Queen for both! Outside of the room there is a game room with plenty of board games and even and air hockey table!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

We had the BEST girls’ weekend at this lake house! Our group of 14 fit perfectly—there was more than enough space for everyone to feel comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a warm and welcoming vibe. You can tell the owners have really thought through every detail to make guests feel right at home.The kitchen was one of our favorite parts—it was so well-stocked! From plenty of wine glasses and coffee mugs to quality cookware and serving dishes, we had everything we needed for group meals and morning coffee chats. Every bedroom was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and high quality.Although we spent most of our time on campus for gameday fun, the outdoor space looked wonderful—plenty of seating and a great view for anyone who wants to relax lakeside.This property was perfect for our group, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and thoughtfully appointed home with plenty of space!

Just returned from a long football weekend with family and friends at this rental home. I can truly say that this rental is the best we have even experienced. The location is close enough to town to experience all Tuscaloosa has to offer but far enough away to miss the traffic and crowds. The house was perfect for our group and the amenities were outstanding. We felt like all of our needs were anticipated....even some that we didn’t realize we needed!! I highly recommended this home and will be taking my own advice and booking a return visit soon. We want to come back and enjoy all the lake activities that we didn’t get a chance to experience!
