Surrounded by mature pecan trees and featuring a private dock, firepit, and treehouse, this luxury home blends rustic charm with modern style. Whether you’re in town for game day, a family getaway, or a relaxing escape, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of peace, privacy, and sophistication.
The Space:
Inside, every detail has been carefully curated for comfort and beauty.
->Main living area: Cozy sectional, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with river views.
->Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless appliances, coffee bar (Keurig), and a large bar.
->Upstairs lounge: Leather sofa, bar seating, game table, and mini fridge overlooking the water.
Bedrooms:
->Bedroom 1 (main level): King bed + en-suite bath with walk-in shower
->Bedroom 2 (upstairs): King bed + vaulted ceiling & elegant décor
->Bedroom 3 (upstairs): Two full-over-full bunks (sleeps 4–6)
->Bathrooms: 2.5 total, including a stunning upstairs bath with double vanities & designer tile.
Step outside to relax around the firepit, grill on the multi-level deck, or explore the treehouse & rope course — perfect for families and kids.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the private dock, yard, firepit, decks, treehouse, swings, cornhole, etc. There is also a gas grill and a Z Grills pellet smoker!
Ample parking is available inside the gated driveway.
The Foster's Ferry Boat Ramp is just across the bride 1.8 miles away.

The River House at Pecan Orchard is located in peaceful Fosters, Alabama — a quiet riverfront community just 10–15 minutes from the heart of Tuscaloosa.
Enjoy a serene setting surrounded by nature while still being close to everything: UA campus, Bryant-Denny Stadium, and Tuscaloosa’s best restaurants and shops.

The property is gated for security and privacy.
A starter supply of paper goods, toiletries, and coffee pods is provided.

HOUSE RULES
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Parties are not allowed.
• Pets allowed with $150 pet fee per pet
• We kindly request all guests to observe quiet time between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Security Measures:
• For everyone's safety, we have exterior surveillance in place with cameras at the front and rear of the home. These are not to be tampered with.
Additional Guest Fee:
• A fee of $25 will be charged for each additional guest beyond the initial 8 guests.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
