Not one detail has been overlooked in this 2nd floor beach front condo - creating the perfect getaway retreat for two to our beautiful corner of Southwest Florida. With over 500 square feet of updated and decorated space, it's cozy, yet spacious, and full of many unexpected features for a studio space.
The open living space features modern, upscale furnishings throughout including a king size bed with luxurious mattress and resort quality linens, modern design sofa, 50" Roku TV with a standard Xfinity channel package, and a stunning kitchen that will far exceed your expectations for a studio condo. You will enjoy upgraded cabinetry, granite counters, eating bar with bar stools for 4 and gourmet appliances as well as everything you could need for cooking and serving meals.
The bathroom features a large glass walk-in shower and a brightly lit vanity with ample storage. A sizeable closet with mirrored doors is located in the sleeping area.
Windows flank two walls of the condo, bringing the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach right into the living space. An open balcony with pub height Adirondack seating & table for 2 overlooks the water, where you will be dazzled by the sunsets over the Gulf.
All bed linens, bath, kitchen and beach towels are included.
The door features a keyless lock, so you can come and go freely without having to keep track of keys at the beach.
Free WiFi is available throughout the unit.
Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, are all available for your use.
Tennis & pickleball courts and shuffleboard are new and available for use.
The coin operated laundry facilities are located in building A & C on the ground floor.

The condo was perfect! It was beautifully clean, well stocked kitchen and such a relaxing space including the furniture. Being able to sit on the balcony to watch the gorgeous sunsets from a private beach trally was a slice of heaven. We will definitely be back!

This was a beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous view of the Gulf!! We did have a few issues with door to the patio door and the blinds as they were wore out and you couldn't open the blinds very good at all. Guy came to fix them right away and we helped him put up the new rail. The door handle was broken and laying on balcony when we got there and that was just taped but it worked for us!! We had everythingwe needed including a couple different sizes of coolers. The coffee pot was small only a 5 cup one but also had kureg pods. We had an ice maker that worked great and pry could have gotten by without purchasing ice but we did. The place was very clean and well stocked with blow dryer, and travel size shampooer, conditioner, body wash and lotion and 2 laundry pods and 2 dishwasher pods. So you will need to get more of that when you arrive. The washing machines were busy and sometimes hard to find ones but being used. You need 2.25 to wash and another 2.25 to dry but change can grabbed in building B if needed when they were open during business hours. There was an app you could download to pay for washer and dryer as well. They do change the code to get into the elevator area at the beginning of the month so make sure you get the code. We weren't sent that but the host responded very quick with the code otherwise you wouldn't be able to get up to your room.We would highly recommend this place and had everything we needed.
