Black Sea Estate apartment Spa n Pool Beach Resort

Mi-a plăcut ca are vedere la mare, bucătăria este echipata cu tot ce-ti trebuie pt a-ti putea pregăti masa în camera. Multumim pt sticlele de apa din frigider. Totul arata ca în pozele de prezentare.

Am avut unele probleme cu aerul condiționat, nu functiona la capacitate bună de a răcori camera, probabil ii trebuia freon. Si am mai avut o problema cu cadita de la dus, pe undeva se scurgea ceva apa sub chiuveta. Un loc de parcare privat nu ar strica.

Lipsa unui loc de parcare (pentru ap H104). Desi in compex o treime din locurile de parcare au fost in permanenta libere, desi pentru unele blocuri era o zona amenajata in exteriorul complexului fiind cazat la H104 a trebuit sa parchez in boscheti, iar dupa ce am plecat putin cu masina nu am mai gasit loc nici acolo. I highly recommend this apartment especially for a weekend escaped with your loved one. You can easily fit 4 people in the apartment. The apartment itself is clean, big and pretty quiet. Location: - the apartment is right on the beach, with access to a swimming pool, a gym and a parking lot. - plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, the closest at 2 mins away. Apartment: - the apartment is very big, with a huge living room and a very nice couch. - the bedroom is big enough and has a very soft mattress. - bathroom was very clean with a shower cabin. - two balconies, one of them having two chairs, perfect for a morning coffee. - partial view to the see. Facilities: - washing machine. - coffee machine. - bread toaster. - fridge and freezer. - AC.

- it has nothing to do with the apartment itself but the only downside I have noticed is the elevator. In the rush hours (when everybody goes to or comes from the beach), it might take a while until you find a spot in an elevator... of course if you are to lazy to climb the stairs.
