Excellent location in Stary Smokovec both for a hiking starting place (the Hrebienok lanovka station was 2 minutes away, the Tatra railway station was within 5 minutes) and to have a breakfast/brunch/lunch or dinner in a local restaurant (all of them within a 10 minutes walk). The owner also provides a parking place in the building which allows you to avoid the parking nightmare in the city. The apartment was full equipped with even a washing machine (washing powder and fabric softener included) and a spa/massage bathtub. Separate toilet was also appreciated. Big kitchen and terrace with pool view made the stay comfortable.

the pull-out bed was creaking really badly but we moved the mattress to the ground that solved our problem, still it might be worth to check it. we got a code for the trash room but it was not easy to find the panel where it could be used (it was not on the door but on the side of he "window"). one more small thing, the apartment complex has two blocks and first we went to the garage of the A-B block (guided by the GPS location provided by the owner) but the apartment was in the C-D block, with a different garage entrance. but these are only slight, small inconveniences.
