Excellent location, spacious and well equipped flat, clean. Good communication for check in/check out

No real negatives, just a note that standing shower in the cubicle couldn't be used (owner couldn't replace a broken glass before our stay) but bath with shower was nice. The twin room has no outside window, just an internal window and a glassed door between twin and double bedroom for natural light. For us, it didn't matter as we spent lots of time outside or kitchen/diner/living room, and my kids loved the beds.

Lokalita bytu je super. Rovnako aj vybavenie. V podstate ako doma. Ubytovanie je vhodné aj pre bábätko, je tam hlavne ticho (mali sme 4-mesačného syna, spal v kočíku). Pán, ktorý nám odovzdával kľúče je veľmi milý a ochotný. Garáž na parkovanie k dispozícii.

The appartament is very, very spacious. There is avialiable variuos things besides the anticipated minimum. Place is cozy and you can tell, that somebody is putting effort and think about small things. The localisation is very good - close to trails.

I am not a huge fan of handling keys hand to hand. It makes me uncomfortable especially if some unexpected traffic jams occur, and my ride prolongs. I also prefer online payments, not cash.

Excellent apartment, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The owner speaks many languages and arranges everything for your arrival. The caretaker of the building shows your parking place in the garage and the keys to the building and your apartment. Fully equipped kitchenette, two double bedrooms and a large sofabed. Everything is very clean and in flawless working condition. Restaurants or grocery shopping just a few minutes' walk (since Smokovec itself is not very big place). The wi-fi speed was average, with strong and stable signal. We were very satisfied with this apartment. Very good value for your money if you stay as a family.

Nothing not to like. Really.
