The view of our room was spectacular, right on the water. So beautiful. The breakfast was amazing and we were personally greeted every morning by the owner.

A beautiful location at the west end of Himare beach, along the curve so you have a complete view of Himare without being in the heart of the activity and noise. This small family-run operation (9 rooms) has a wonderful, relaxing vibe. The dining staff, headed by Artis (mom) are wonderful and the breakfast is super and you order from a menu. Any additional items you want (another cappuccino, fruit on the side) are happily provided free of charge. Now where else does this happen in the world, eh? We had dinner here one night and it was one of the better meals we had in Albania. Our room (Dionne) had good spaces to place our luggage and misc belongings. The bed/pillows were comfortable and the linens good. Daily housekeeping was provided - forgive me, I forgot to leave a tip :( :( They so deserved it.

Take note...the lower level of Rea Boutique Hotel is also owned by this family and operates under the name Artis Blue Relax. I think there are 4 rooms. It would be worth checking this out, too.
We really wanted a room with a full seaview but the only option was a partial water view with the port and fire station (I think) in the foreground from a tiny balcony. It was disappointing but my own fault for not booking sooner.

What an amazing place! Incredibly kind staff at every interaction, and my room was lovely. Breakfast was fabulous and I had a very good dinner at the restaurant one night as well. You can't beat the view/location. The private sunbeds at the beach are a great touch. I had a room that wasn't technically waterfront, but they proactively double-checked that I was happy with that and I was very pleasantly surprised by the room. Highly recommend!

The location it was very close to the promenade.The sea view from the room.
The stairs. The room on the 3rd floor is basically an attic with a slanted ceiling so if you are tall you hit your head standing up.Breakfast was very simple and not enough choices for example there was only white bread…not enough vegetables..
