Newly remodeled home. Open floor plan. All new appliances, including washer and dryer. Located in great location. Close to lake, public landing / beach and short walk to PM Park, Tiki Bar and Clear Lake Boats marina. Short drive to downtown Clear Lake.

Our family of 7 stayed the weekend for a Clear Lake wedding. We enjoyed the open format and ample seating for our family. We did not have any young children so it was nice to find a rental that wasn't just extra bunk beds! Everything inside is updated very nice and easy parking for all 3 cars. Communication with renter was quick and easy when we had a technology snafu. We were able to walk to our event at PM park and tiki bar too - even in the rain! We would be happy to rent here again for our future CL family events!

The 6 of us rented this house for a 2 night New Years get away and it was perfect! Enjoyed a few shops and lunch downtown, ordered pizza a night, otherwise we stayed in and just enjoyed our stay. Would be a great rental for summer as it is a great location to the lake, Tiki Bar and jet ski/pontoon rental.
