Oasis 509 formerly known as Phoenix West II 509
This unit is perfectly located on the 5th floor where you can park just steps from the unit's front door!! Why wait for elevators to go to the beach or pools when you can easily take the stairs down two flights.
Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, three bedroom, four bath condo. Unit 509 is one of a kind and at the best location in the building. The condo offers a 80'' HD TV in the living room, a 65'' in the master, 55'' in the 2nd bedroom and 55'' wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.
Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq ft condo. The beach facing living room has amazing floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops in the kitchen. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.
The condo has all new beds and features a king bed in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a king bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds, also there is a queen sofa sleeper for sleeping up to 10.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe & bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Awesome beach front view condo! The sliding glass door to balcony was very hard to open and the floors could’ve been swept & mopped better but overall a nice place.

We had a wonderful week long stay! The pools were perfect with lots of options. We spent hours in the lazy river!! The unit was clean and beautiful. Great location.

We stayed at the Oasis condo over the 4th of July week. The condo itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It had plenty of room for our family and was a great setup for kids. The location was convenient, and the amenities had a lot to offer.However, our stay was during a very busy time, and it definitely felt like it. The pool area was crowded and noisy throughout the day, and the pool cleanliness wasn’t quite up to par given the holiday volume. One major downside was that the patio door in our unit kept breaking, which made it difficult to enjoy the balcony.Overall, this is a great family-friendly spot, especially for those looking for activity and fun. But if your goal is peace and relaxation, you may want to avoid peak holiday weeks.
