An enjoyable stay in a quiet area, handy for visiting both the city and outdoors.

The room was on the first floor of a modern terraced house to the north of the city centre, virtually opposite Haagse Bos park and not too far from Museum Voorlinden, which was the main purpose of our visit here. The accommodation consisted of a spacious bedroom, w.c., shower room and living room/kitchenette/washroom. It was so cosy and comfortable. We had the possibility of storing our bikes in a garage, but left them padlocked in the front garden - it's a quiet safe area. It's a 5 - 10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful - we stayed on a Sunday when many restaurants were closed, but they helped sort something out at a wonderful pizzeria down the main road. Breakfast was already in the fridge, with rolls which we baked in the morning; great selection.

amazing hosts and stay

arrived to a very friendly welcome from the hosts, with coffee and a muffin, they helped us sort out which trams and buses we needed, the room was amazing, every inch had been thought out, even down to you could change the wardrobe into shelves if you wanted, there was tea coffee, biscuits and more, then breakfast was continental, we did not want for anything, the garden was lovely and I enjoyed the balcony, the shower was awesome, the door locks was so easy to use too, highly recommended, it's a bit out of the city but plenty of trams and buses, on entry into the street was wondering if had correct address but once inside absolutely lovely and clean, also greeted on leaving as to was everything OK, thankyou amazing place and hosts

Just the room is a bit small and can’t open the suitcase wide. But it doesn’t matter at all when all other provisions are so excellent ☺️

An excellent apartment and an enjoyable stay

The apartment though not big, but just good enough for a couple like us. It is nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable. Rene, the host, is super nice and attentive to our needs. Excellent provision of breakfast and a sweet surprise of dessert in the afternoon.

Perfect house with wonderful host

The accommodation exceeded our expectations by far! Rene is a really warm and friendly person, that tries to fulfill you every wish! The house is really pretty, clean, spacious and nicely decorated and the breakfast is generous and delicious! He gave us helpful tips and recommendations for our stay to make this a perfect short trip. Thank you!

Arriving in the unassuming street, you would not expect the luxury of the room and a separate breakfast room. Wireless music system, night light with movement sensors, high thread count bed sheets... Highly recommended!

pleasant atmosphere and great location. an exceptional host

The apartment is located perfectly next to a beautiful park and forest. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The distance to the center can be walked on foot along the paths through the nearby forest, meeting dogs and children playing along the way and watching water birds. You can also take a bus (the owner offered us a bus card) in case it rains (which is not uncommon in the Netherlands) and you can use umbrellas on site. The apartment has an audiovisual system with remote control. However, we didn't have much time to test everything. But the lamp with a butterfly is beautiful 🦋. And now the most important: breakfast served by Rene 🤩. We placed an order every evening, marking the start time for breakfast and the option of preparing an egg, and what additional wishes we had. In addition to the big meal, there was always a different cake and fruit every day. Rene went above and beyond to meet all expectations and was extremely helpful. A huge plus for his commitment. Rene, you are our number one B&B to date! Thank you 😀

Stay in a Dutch home

The attentions. The owner Rene is going way out of his way to make you feel well and provides excellent attentions. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The flat like place offer everything. To go downtown it will take some 10 minutes by bus which leaves nearby. Rene provides e-cards for the bus and you reimburse him later. Parking is also easy in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

We were very happy with the location. We enjoyed the walk to the centre of Lille but it is also possible to take a bus. Rene was the perfect host and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us. A very well provided, clean and quiet apartment with friendly neighbours.

Due changes in my travel plans I was unable to stay overnight, but as it was too late to cancel the booking I used this apartment to spend time and rest prior to my ferry journey home. The landlord was concerned by my wasted expenditure and made me a four course meal before I departed in compensation. The neighbours were friendly and chatty.

Well located and easy parking

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Car was parked in the street, easy, plenty of space and safe. You can do your jogging in the park next door. With bike or bus you can go to the beach or visit Den Haag. Breakfast is very good with fresh veggies and orange juice.

What a great place to stay, only a stone's throw away from the center of The Hague!

What a hidden gem! I enjoyed my stay at René's place. He is an excellent host and made my stay absolutely worthwhile. Having a whole floor to yourself is great and gives you all the space to relax and feel almost at home. The bed is comfy, the badroom absolutely spotless (as if the rest of the accommodation for that matters) and the breakfast was almost 5 stars luxury. I will definitely come back in the future!

The perfect place to stay in Den Haag

René was the perfect host, this hi-tech property was all you needed for a perfect base to explore Den Haag and relax at the end of the day. We loved the him and her basins in the bathroom! The breakfast was an amazing way to start the day and was very special. René is clearly very experienced and makes you feel very welcome! We will be staying again on our next visit to Den Haag! Für eine Nacht in Den Haag

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft Benvenuto und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Rene hat uns ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen und durch die Wohnung geführt. Diese lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr ansprechend und modern gestaltet. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Wer hier irgendetwas bemängelt, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Besten Dank für Alles!

Zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sehr netter Empfang durch den Hausherren und super Einweisung Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden. Zu Fuß 25 min zum Central-Bahnhof. Busverbindung direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück auf dem Zimmer war für uns neu, wir waren SEHR angenehm überrascht. Es war alles vorhanden, und man kann sich die Frühstückszeit einteilen.

Vriendelijkheid van de gastheer. Konden gratis de fietsen lenen, werden prima verzorgd met een heerlijk ontbijt en ook later uitchecken was geen probleem zodat we nog konden douchen na het hardlopen.
