The location was perfect for getting to Silverstone and the village itself was also pleasant. Being next to the canal was a great surprise and we also loved the Thai restaurant & bar over the river.

Lovely location with the garden backing onto the canal. Tea and coffee on arrival was a lovely welcome as was the cleanliness of the property. We only stayed 2 nights as we were here for the Women’s rugby World Cup but would return for a longer stay to explore the beautiful villages. Neighbours were very friendly too and made us feel at home. Would also recommend Ning’s Thai kitchen which serves fresh and tasty food a short 5 minute walk along the canal.

The location was great. The cottage was very comfortable, clean, light and spacious. Having an additional room at the back of the cottage that led onto the garden was lovely. The garden sat on the canal which made it even more picturesque.
We had an issue with the cold water that the host addressed and the issue was well resolved.
