The Park Nine Hotel Suvarnabhumi - Free Bangkok Airport Shuttle

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport, which is why we chose it. It also offers good value for money. The breakfast is nice. Room was clean. Staff was very attentive.

The hotel could not provide a baby bathtub, which was surprising and disappointing. The AC was very noisy and did not cool the sleeping area properly. The airport shuttle runs only once an hour, and after waiting 40 minutes upon arrival, we eventually gave up and took a taxi. This was especially disappointing as the free airport shuttle was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

Nice modern hotel in a great location for an overnight stay close to the airport. We stayed for 1 night on 2 occasions. Firstly following our arrival in Thailand from Vietnam & again the night before our early flight home. The hotel is clean & comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Shuttle service very convenient. There is a shopping mall & an outside food market 2 mins walk away which was great as you don’t feel trapped in the hotel as you do in some airport hotel. I would recommend.

We couldn’t stay longer!

The breakfast had a good selection of food. The swimming pool area was lovely but we didn’t get to swim due to a heavy rain storm. Hotel to airport transfer was excellent

The floor in our room was damaged, large chips missing. The beds were pretty hard and not very comfortable. The staff member we check in with was not very friendly. He rushed through the information and was difficult to understand due to the speed he spoke at.
