About this house rental
This gorgeous Amagansett Dunes beach house has it all! It is your perfect oasis, just a few minutes walk to your own stunning private beach.
Two large wrap around decks look over a large dune preserve. There is a fire table for sitting under the stars with a drink, as well as a gas grill creating fabulous meals. Inside, you'll find four bedrooms (two with king size beds, and one with a kitchenette) two baths, an outdoor shower nestled in a bamboo grove, a recently renovated kitchen with new appliances, relaxing master bedroom with built-in window seat to overlook the heated saltwater pool, which is surrounded by lavender, roses and hydrangeas.
The house also has Central AC and high speed internet, a wonderful home office with custom barnwood desk, two driveways, a lush enclosed lawn area, along with surf gear and beach toys to enjoy all the delights of life in the Dunes!

We just stayed the month at Reiko’s beautiful, beach home and had a fabulous vacation!
The pool was delightful after a full day at the beach and cocktails on the deck in the evening overlooking the dunes as sun set, was breathtaking. We would recommend this home to anyone looking to get away from it all, unwind and relax down in the Amagansett Dunes! It’s truly our favorite happy place! Thank you so much!

We had a terrific experience with this property and the owners. The house is in excellent condition. About 1.5 blocks from beach (4-5 min walk) and about 15 min bike ride into town (4 min drive). Beach is excellent, basically available to the residents. The dunes behind the house are very cool and we finished most evenings on the deck with propane fire pit looking at the dunes. There are three sizeable and comfortable bedrooms + and office (very nice desk, opens to garden; worked for 1 week at this desk) and it has a fold-out bed that can be used for short-term visitors. House is "space-optimized" and ideal for 4-5 people ( it could work for 3 couples, but it would be tight). Pool is in excellent condition and we used it everyday. Highly recommend this place; owner was also extremely responsive and very friendly.
