Room 3, the smallest one, has 1 pull-out bed with 2 mattresses, a ceiling fan, and 8 pillows for all guests.
The living room has a 40-inch LED TV, 2 ceiling fans, a dining table, a sofa, and a double sofa bed.
I do not provide bed linens, towels, blankets, or personal hygiene items.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, water purifier, pots, pans, plates, glasses, pressure cooker, sandwich maker, blender, cooler for the beach, etc.
It has 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The apartment is brand new and completely renovated.
Check-in time can be brought forward, when possible, depending on calendar availability.
The building offers free beach service on weekends, holidays, and during peak season.
The entire building is monitored, has 24-hour security, an elevator, and includes one designated parking space in the basement. Additional spaces can be rented from the building manager.

For every reservation, a CONTRACT is drawn up with the guest, as per condominium regulations, in order to gain access to the condominium.
The guest count is done by the caretaker or owner when the apartment keys are handed over, in the building itself.
Guests should bring their own bedding, blankets, and towels.
