Location is not just great, it's amazing. Street was pretty quiet in the night, you can find several good places to eat - or even supermarket with nice selection of literally everything in ~100m, beach is also very nice. try sangria in the Bar de Platja “Figueras” - 1st time is see 3 shots put into one sangria glass...
I'd say the only one factor which was not OK - next-door neighbors, watching TV till midnight literally every night - and walls in the master bedroom are not soundproof enough (actually at all).
That was not a issue in 2 other bedrooms, those next to the bathroom.

AC worked very well. Plenty of cutlery, Delph, glasses etc Shower was good and was stocked with shower gel. There were cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathroom. Dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent was available
Great location, so close to the beach, shops and restaurants.
Very minor issue, there was no electric kettle, but we just used the coffee machine and boiled water in a pot if we wanted tea.

Good location .Very well equipped with excellent kitchen utensils.
Spotless clean .
Only one small flight of stairs .
Spacious balcony
Two of the bedrooms are small and the one with the double bed especially tight and difficult to move about in.
One bathroom
No kettle so making tea etc required using the stove top.
