The room was very clean & comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The location was great & we had a lovely view from the windows.
The breakfast was disappointing. It was advertised as continental breakfast included which was fine but it did not explain that breakfast was DIY.
We were expecting to go down to a dining area but had to eat our breakfast in the bedroom with only one chair provided & a very small table so one had to sit on the bed. The second morning we brought the chair from the bathroom to sit on!!

Looked the hamper of food in the room this was a really special touch and made breakfast so enjoyable! Love the checking in process so easy and convenient.
Still loved the place and would definitely stay again! But my partner is 6ft 5 so he struggles to sleep in beds that have a footboard at the end and the shower was also quite a struggle for him.

Location was good for me as attending a funeral
Stale biscuits, not enough milk, nowhere to sit and eat your breakfast. The floors are not carpeted so it is cold, bathroom was cold. I could not see why this warranted the cost with no hot breakfast available, way over priced sorry. It should be very clear that there is no restaurant and hot breakfast available, so you are able to make a decision as to stay or not. I was of the impression the property had a restaurant so did not bother reading to much in to it, just assumed, my fault I suppose.
